The University of Reading Squash Club has four teams playing in the Berkshire county leagues as well as a very active internal league and ladder sponsored by local racket sports specialist The Racket Shop.
We also have men’s and women’s teams playing in the British Universities & Colleges Sports (BUCS) Championships.
Club night is every Sunday 17:40–20:00. Just turn up and play whoever is around! All standards welcome.
League players can access the leagues and ladder
online via the club's website www.rusquash.co.uk.
Members are given a password and are able to obtain contact details of approximately 100 players
and to enter match results. It only costs £10 to join the league, which covers your England
Squash affiliation fee.
SportsPark membership
You have to be a member of SportsPark to enter the club’s squash league. Membership also allows you to book courts 7 days in advance and pay at the time of play, as well as using other facilities such as VO2 Fitness gym. A number of different membership options are available, but it is worth considering our VO2Max membership if you play regularly throughout the year. Not only will it be cheaper, but you can book courts 14 days in advance, guaranteeing you easy access to court times that suit you.
Facilities
The Club has use of four courts in the SportsPark, two of which are glass-backed. We’re confident that we’re the best venue for squash in Reading.
