Online bookings available at the SportsPark!

How do I access the online booking system?

Existing members

You will need to contact the SportsPark reception to be issued with your log in ID and PIN. You will also need to provide a current email address. Booking confirmation will be sent to this address.

You already have a unique log in ID and PIN associated with your membership and you will need these to access your account and book at your discounted member rate. DO NOT register and create a new account online.

You will need to read and accept the rules and regulations in order to progress to the log in screen.

Non-members

Non-members are also entitled to book and pay online for facilities at the SportsPark.

You will need to read and accept the rules and regulations in order to progress to the registration screen. You may then create a non-member account.

How far in advance may I make my booking?

The same booking rules apply online as in person at the SportsPark or via the telephone. In summary, they are as follows:

  • VO2MAX members – up to 14 days in advance*
  • VO2 members – up to 7 days in advance
  • Classic members – up to 7 days in advance
  • Non-members – up to 3 days in advance

*on free-of-charge facilities. 7 days in advance on all paid-for facilities, e.g. SoccerPark, basketball etc.

Payments

All activities must be paid for at the time of booking online. Facilities will be reserved for 15 minutes. Failure to pay within this time will result in the booking being cancelled. The minimum booking fee is £5.00.

All free-of-charge facilities for VO2 and VO2MAX members will be displayed at a price of £0.00. The transaction procedure for these bookings must still be completed. If you fail to complete this procedure your booking will be cancelled after 15 minutes.

Cancellations

Cancellation of bookings/activities must be carried out via the SportsPark reception desk. Cancellation online will not refund the money back into your account. Normal cancellation rules apply.

An alternative to cancelling your booking is to move it to another, more convenient slot within the same price/time band. You can manage this via your online account or through the SportsPark reception.
