Junior street & gymnastic dance

From January we will be running short 5 week courses during each half term. These will be on Friday afternoons for both boys and girls.

The class gives a great opportunity to learn three dance disciplines in an hour-long spilt session. The latest cool street dance moves will be taught followed by gymnastic and cheerleading dance elements such as hand stands, cart wheels, splits and more.

Saturdays

Junior VO₂

An opportunity for children to use the fitness gym under constant supervision from qualified instructors. Not only will you learn about the importance of regular exercise and the effects it has, you will also realise that exercising can be fun!

Sundays

Junior trampolining

A 10-week course running on Sunday mornings on two trampolines. The instructor will assist participants to develop the basics as well as encourage them towards more advanced moves.
