Our launch week will be free of charge to all partcipants.

Stay active at the SportsPark!

Stay Active is a weekly session for the over-55s. Every Wednesday & Friday, from 9am to noon, the SportsPark will offer a morning of activities to help you stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Stay Active!

Activities include:

  • Badminton/Table tennis
  • Squash/Racquetball
  • Tennis
  • Gentle fitness, Pilates & Yoga classes
  • Gym.

You will be able to enjoy all of these activities for just £3.90 per session.

Stay Active!

There’s no need to register in advance – just turn up on the day. Everyone attending our launch week activities will also receive a free tea or coffee in After your session, why not try out our brand new café, Eat@SportsPark.
