Katy graduated from the University of Chichester in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy. Since graduating she has been building up her own Sports Therapy practice and now has a successful and growing clientele base.
Katy has experience with patients from a wide variety of sporting backgrounds and levels, including club level athletes, footballers, rugby, tennis and volleyball players; semi-professional freestyle kickboxers and instructors; national level netballers; and All Ireland Champion Irish Dancers. Katy’s patients also include people from everyday walks of life who require treatment for problems that stem from work, exercise or even injury arising from daily tasks.
Katy also works with a local osteopath clinic where she has gained further knowledge in techniques and treatments associated with osteopathy, enabling her to enhance her skills. Katy also regularly works with a local netball club, for whom she also plays, providing sports therapy treatments and sport-specific advice for training and fitness.
