University of Reading.
Our V02 Fitness studio is specified with the latest equipment to meet the needs and expectations of all our members allowing complete beginners through to elite athletes to train in a welcoming environment to achieve great results.
Ground floor Strength & Conditioning zone
Gym 80 resistance kit covering all major muscle groups and movements allowing use for all levels of experience.
6 Freemotion cable functional strength units.
An extensive range of performance strength kit including free weights (2-50 Kg), lifting platform, squat rack, 2 x Olympic benches, 1 x incline bench, 1 x T-bar row and 1x smith machine.
Smaller free-weight area 1-10kg

20 Matrix T7xe Treadmills, All with Virtual Active Technology and embeded TV's.
20 Precor EfX Total body Cross Trainers with the state of the art P80 console (see video below).

Wide range of Upright, Re-cumbent and Spin Cycles.
