What you can do…
- Wear suitable sports clothing
- Speak to an instructor should you need any help or advice
- Cease exercising should you feel dizzy, faint or unwell
- Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids.
What you can do for us (and other users)…
- Bring your membership card on each visit (Student Access Card if you’re
a student at Reading University
- Wear clean appropriate footwear and clothing
- Do not drop the weights and put all dumbbells and plates back when finished with them
- Don’t rest on kit at busy times
- Clean the kit with the wipes provided once you have finished using it.
