Guidelines

What we can do for you…

  • Provide you with first class facilities
  • Programme your training to achieve your goals
  • Review and monitor your training
  • Be available to offer help and advice
  • Provide personal training
  • Provide sports therapy and massage.

What you can do…

  • Wear suitable sports clothing
  • Speak to an instructor should you need any help or advice
  • Cease exercising should you feel dizzy, faint or unwell
  • Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids.

What you can do for us (and other users)…

  • Bring your membership card on each visit (Student Access Card if you’re a student at Reading University
  • Wear clean appropriate footwear and clothing
  • Do not drop the weights and put all dumbbells and plates back when finished with them
  • Don’t rest on kit at busy times
  • Clean the kit with the wipes provided once you have finished using it.

We hope that the following table will act as a guide to help you to plan your training effectively by pre-warning you of times that we expect will see high usage of the VO2 Fitness Studio.
