The latest VO2 Group Exercise timetable at SportsPark is our best yet! With some of Reading’s most sought-after and highly qualified instructors we are able to provide you with up-to-date choreography and follow the current trends in exercise.

Our classes vary in type, intensity and style to ensure that your workout is fun, well balanced and safe.

Our VO2 Group Exercise timetable is co-ordinated by Veronica Chase who has over 15 years’ experience in the fitness industry. Veronica also organises a mailing list which will provide you with regular updates on, amongst others, new classes and any timetable amendments.
