Taking part in an exercise class

  • Always wear suitable clothing and shoes
  • Avoid consuming alcohol, a high intake of caffeine, or any types of drugs and painkillers at least 12 hours before a class
  • You should not enter a class more than 2 minutes after it has started or leave early. The warm-up at the beginning and the cool-down at the end are essential for exercising safely
  • You should drink enough water to avoid dehydration.
