Induction, Programming and Personal training
15 minute Induction Members are not required to attend an induction prior to using the Fitness Studio. However for members that are new or less familiar with Fitness Studios we offer a free 15 minute induction where a qualified fitness consultant will show you around our Fitness Studio before instructing you on how to get started on all the machines. They will demonstrate both cardio and strength equipment, access control and answer any questions you may have.
Personal Programme Get the most from all your time effort and hard work in the Fitness Studio by booking a personal programme. One of our fully qualified Fitness Consultants will sit down and fully discuss your fitness targets and objectives. They will then design a relevant and effective programme before fully instructing you on how to carry it out safely and effectively.
Personal Programme upgrade Continue to progress and improve by upgrading your current program. One of our consultants will help take your training to the next level.
Personal Training Add the personal touch to your training by booking 121 personal training. The Personal Trainer will design and take you through your training adding detail and motivation along the way.
