Ab Attack

Resistance training for all abilities using the Swiss ball, resistance bands and your own body weight; you will strengthen your core muscles leading to a better posture.

Various controlled exercises to tone and strengthen your core muscles.

Not for the beginner. A highly choreographed class for those who enjoy a challenge!

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is the system of yoga taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures – a process producing intense internal heat and profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

BARRE FITNESS

A class that uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. The Barre Fitness is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while contracting specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Also, incorporates light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work.

Body Conditioning

Effective toning class using weights. Targets all major muscle groups.

Bodyweight LBT

Bokwa

Bokwa Fitness is an exercise dance class that combines cardio conditioning, strength training and flexibility. Furthermore, it integrates customary African dance with boxing maneuvers. The name came from a combination of two other words; “BO” stands for light boxing and “KWA” symbolizes the traditional dance Kwaito.

Boxercise

High energy workout incorporating boxing concepts including, Correct Footwork, padwork, all 8 punches, combinations, speed pads and skipping with added HIIT exercises

Cardio Aerobics

This class has it all. Calorie burning aerobic exercises intermittent with conditioning exercises using weights to tone all the muscle groups. A real fat burner

DDMIX (Diverse Dance Mix) aims to be the most diverse dance fitness class on the market. We use exciting dance styles from all around the world and themed dances from different eras. FitSteps

FitSteps® is an energetic, upbeat dance class designed to achieve real, measurable, fitness results. The dance workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the uptempo steps of Latin dances to create fun-filled classes where you don’t even realise you’re getting fit! Transform your body and have fun dancing to music that will get your heart pumping!

Hatha Yoga

Improve health and wellbeing through guided practice of gentle yoga postures, breathing and relaxation which help to develop symmetry and balance in body and mind.

HIPP

High Intensity Pilates is a more dynamic Pilates class,faster paced and coordinates bigger ranges of movements. Moving continuously from standing to plank to lunges etc using light hand weights through all ranges of movement to get heart rate up then into Mat section all keeping the Pilates technique.

H.I.I.T

High Intensity Interval Training combines high impact movements with interval training and guarantees to burn maximum calories. It is a great way to increase your power, strength, cardiovascular fitness and all over body definition. As its title indicates this class is of a high intensity and is an advanced class for those with a good current fitness level.

Iyengar Yoga

A yoga class that teaches the classical postures to improve stamina, flexibility and poise.

Konga

KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga® is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique.

Legs, Butts & Guts, Legs, Bums & Tums

Targets your abdominals, inner and outer thighs and bottoms. Includes exercises to strengthen the lower back.

Morning ABC

Morning ABC class is 3mins Abs, 2mins Body Conditioning and 1min cardio

Pilates

Fantastic for strengthening the core muscles balancing the body, mind and soul. Exercises which improve both strength and flexibility.

Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a lot more strenuous than it looks. A good session on the pole can burn more calories than a good session in the gym. You can expect increased muscle definition and toning all over especially in the arms, thighs and buttocks.

Power Hour

High Energy, Fat-burning, muscle toning, core strengthening. The ultimate workout. Power Hour has it all in one class.

Power Yoga, Dynamic Yoga Flow

Pure Stretch

Decrease your chance of injury and improve your range of movement as you work through a unique sequence of stretches while focusing on the core muscles.

Spin

A fun, athletic cardiovascular cycling class. Guaranteed to burn maximum calories, whilst toning your butt, thighs and calves.

Brick Spin

Based on the training plans on triathletes, this class will build strength and endurance for the whole body. Switching from short, sharp spins on the bike to body weight exercises on the floor this session will see you continuously change muscle groups and body position. This is an advanced level class and you are recommended to take a standard spin class first if you are new to spinning.

Kips Spin

With the new bikes and KIPS projection system challenge and inspire yourself to a whole new interactive performance. Using the M3i’s advanced Bluetooth smart capabilities, riders performance is tracked and communicated in real time to the class projection system while simultaneously syncing to your cycling aps on your smartphones or tablets.

Strong by Zumba®

Ultimate Aerobics

A high energy aerobics style class that focuses on gradually increasing the heart rate through a calorie and fat burning workout (30 minutes), followed by upper and lower body strength and core work. A whole body workout that will improve your fitness level!

Yin Yoga

A passive practice that focuses on the connective tissues of the body, such as the ligaments, tendons, and joints. It is particularly beneficial for the hips, pelvis and lower spine and is suitable for all levels of student. Poses are generally seated using gravity rather than active physical effort and are held for between 3 to 10 minutes and sometime longer. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a busy week as it allows space for the mind and body to relax.

Yogalates

Yogalates is described as a meeting place of east and west because it effectively merges the ancient practice of Yoga from the east with the core stabilizing, posture enhancing dynamics of Pilates from the west.

Yoga & Qigong

Integrating Qigong theories and concepts into a Yoga class. Qigong is a form of energy cultivation- its highly touted benefits include expanding capacity for being more balanced, grounded and centered. Whereas Yoga is linear, in Qigong there is a stronger emphasis on circular, softer movements Weaving these 2 distinct practices together in a complimentary way.
