Stay Active

Stay Active are weekly session for the over-55s. Every Wednesday & Friday from 9am to 12:00, the SportsPark offers a morning of activities to help you stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.


  • Badminton & Table tennis
  • Short Tennis
  • Squash & Racquetball
  • Tennis
  • Wednesday a mix of Gentle fitness, Pilates, Yoga & Tai Chi
  • Friday Zumba Dance & Pilates
  • Gym (fitness studio)
  • Free tea and coffee after every session

No need to register in advance just turn up on the day and enjoy all of the avtivities in a relaxed and social environment. It's just £4.20 per session, no membership required.

We also have a number of extra activities, many of which are hosted by members of the Stay Active group. Past extra activities include:
