Stay Active
Stay Active is a twice-weekly activities session for the over-55s. Sessions take place on a Wednesday and a Friday. A chance to exercise in a safe and welcoming environment with like-minded people. We offer a range of activities, sports and classes for you to enjoy including a variety of indoor and outdoor racket sports. Group exercise classes include gentle fitness, Zumba and a variety of holistic type instructor led sessions. You can also use our modern and well-equipped gym during the session with access to free weights, resistance machines, aerobic equipment. We also provide tea and coffee in the pavilion next to the SportsPark for you to enjoy afterwards.
- Joining is free and easy, just pop and see us and sign up at reception
- Sessions are charged at £5.50 per person and that gives you access to all of our activities
- Classes are bookable so please do that when you pay for your general session upon arriving at the SportsPark
- A gym induction is available for you to book which is an introductory session designed to familiarize new members with the gym environment and equipment
